For nearly 6 years, Dean was responsible for leading the development of Sky’s flagship data, insight and engagement platforms to help key decision makers better understand Sky’s 22m customers.
After spending his days reading and managing thousands of consumer insights, Dean decided to take matters into his own hands and built HelpHandles.com™ a new innovative customer experience analytics and insights platform.
Today, Dean is focused on making a positive contribution to society by democratizing access to social media data and improving the customer experience for a new generation of digital consumer.
Prior to Sky, Dean spent 10 years as a digital consultant working in the private and public sectors.
