Had my six month review last month and I was owing £98 so I paid that off so was ever since I have had more than 6 emails telling me your increasing my direct debit from my agreed £74 to £135 then I ring npower up they put put it back to £74 only to get another email days later to say it's going up to £85 I again ring up they put it back to £74 and on it goes I rang up last Friday because I had another email telling me it's going upto £106 I make a complaint and was told by 'Scott" it won't happen again and and put it back down to £74 ... And guess what I had an email today to say it's going up to £106!!! No one will tell me why this is happening
