I would avoid wasting any time with @ATTCares on Twitter if you're having a customer support issue for the follow reasons: They ignore Direct Messages on weekdays for several days at a time. They do not make efforts to keep you updated on the status of your support-issue, whatever that may be. My recommendation: Call AT&T Customer Support~ I've had much better results with that method. AT&T is trailing extremely far behind countless other brands who are defining Social Customer Support.
